My fancy fold out card was made from papers I had in my stash, so I can't tell you the names of the manufactureres. This is such a fun card to make, and very easy if you follow the directions!  I'm going to save this card for my dear MIL for her birthday.  She will love it!  Here's the rest of the details:

Stamps:  Happy Pansies by Mark's Finest Papers, A Heinrich Company
Paper:  unknown from stash
Ink:  Palette Noir, lacy lavendar
Misc:  Copics, stickles

I stickled the wings of the bees.  They are really sparkly IRL.

I hope you're enjoying the joint blog hop.  Good luck!

Happy Stamping!
Patty

Interesting card, looks a bit complicated though. are all the pictures the same card? the colors look different, and I am very confused on how it starts out and how to open it, LOL.

I can't wait til after the Holidays to treat myself to this CD.
